Can I use it on multiple devices?

Yes. Sign in with the same Apple ID on your personal Apple devices and download Mitivox on each one.

Something isn't working. What do I do?

Try force-quitting and relaunching the app, then restarting your device. Make sure you're on the latest iOS and the latest version of Mitivox. Still broken? Email us at info@mitivox.com with your device model and iOS version and we will help.

Does Mitivox work with Apple Watch?

Yes. Mitivox has Apple Watch support, so you can control playback from your wrist without touching your phone.

Who makes Mitivox?

Mitivox is built and published by Seven Kilo Enterprises LLC, an independent software company incorporated in Florida, USA. Seven Kilo Enterprises LLC is the parent holding company (not a DBA) and develops iOS applications directly under that legal entity.

Will the app always be available?

We intend to keep Mitivox available, but can't guarantee it forever. As noted in our Terms of Use, the app may be removed or discontinued at any time. If you have it installed, keep it on your device. See the Terms of Use for the full availability disclaimer.
